2. Digital Products and License

1. 1. All products sold on this website are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.
   2. All products are licensed, not sold.
   3. Products marked for individual use are licensed to one purchaser only and may not be shared, transferred, resold, sublicensed, or used by multiple people.
   4. Products marked for organizational use may be used internally within one church, ministry, nonprofit, school, business, or organization.
   5. The product may not be shared outside the purchasing organization, resold, redistributed, sublicensed, or used by multiple organizations.
   6. You may:
      1. Edit and customize templates for your own personal or organizational ministry use
      2. Reuse and update the template within the scope of your license
      3. Export files for your own professional applications
   7. You may NOT:
      1. Sell, share, or distribute modified versions of the templates
      2. Distribute or transfer the files to another individual
      3. Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the templates
      4. Upload the template link or files to sharing platforms
      5. Claim the template design or structure as your own

3. Canva Template Access

1. 1. Some products include a Canva template link.
   2. Access to the template link is provided for the purchaser only.
   3. The Canva link may not be shared, redistributed, or publicly posted.
   4. Purchasing a template does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or intellectual property.
   5. If misuse or unauthorized sharing is detected, access may be revoked without refund.

4. No Refund Policy

1. 1. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
   2. Once a product has been delivered or accessed, refunds cannot be issued.
   3. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact:

5. Intellectual Property

1. 1. All content, templates, designs, layouts, text, graphics, branding, and materials are the intellectual property of Alareece Collie and/or Collie Management Consulting, LLC.

   3. Violation of these Terms may result in termination of access and possible legal action.

6. Disclaimer of Results

1. 1. Our templates are provided as professional formatting tools.
   2. We do not guarantee employment, ministry placement, interviews, or selection for any role.
   3. Outcomes depend on many factors beyond the template itself.
   4. The information and templates provided are for educational and organizational purposes only and should not be considered legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.
