I know how challenging it can be to balance people, purpose, and the practical demands of ministry. I believe organization is not separate from ministry—it strengthens it. My heart is to bring structure, alignment, and sustainability so leaders are freed to serve with greater focus, clarity, and effectiveness.

Ministry & Leadership Experience

My ministry journey has allowed me to serve in pastoral leadership expressed through spiritual care, meaningful community engagement, and strong, intentional administration across church contexts:

• Administrative Pastor (Church Plant)
  Supported ministry administration and outreach efforts, implementing creative, community-focused initiatives while serving during seminary.
• Executive Pastor (~2,500-member church)
  Oversaw the daily operations of the church, including organizational leadership, budget management, staff support, facility oversight and stewardship, and coordination of large-scale events, helping ensure smooth and effective ministry execution.
• Current Role – Discipleship & Outreach Pastor (900-member church, Maryland)
  Leading discipleship and outreach while contributing to ministry operations, team alignment, and volunteer effectiveness.

Throughout my ministry, I have led and executed initiatives that require both spiritual discernment and strong organizational leadership, including:

• Leading large-scale outreach and ministry events serving up to 4,000 people
• Responding to urgent community needs by planning and executing an outreach initiative within 24 hours that served approximately 900 people
• Leading major facility-related initiatives, including projects up to ~$350,000, with careful stewardship and responsible execution
• Overseeing and strengthening multiple volunteer teams while building systems that support sustainable ministry growth

I am also committed to preaching biblically rooted, Spirit-led messages across diverse ministry contexts—messages that inspire, lead people into freedom in Christ, and call them to live out their God-given purpose.

Whether through a message, training, or consulting, my goal is to be both practical and Spirit-led—equipping leaders not only with tools and structure, but also renewing their vision and passion for the work God has entrusted to them.
